Dan, Thanks for the video, all this time and I did not realize you can also sing…awsome!

A little too Joan Baez-like for me…
Anyway, remember to apply for trademark protection for your new mark (+ have a prior search performed on beforehand, to make sure that noone else own a similar trademark)!

It’s simple, melodic and easy to follow. Good for getting the young ones to do a little “yodelling” at home or round the campfire. I like it lots. Thanks Dan.

Good video! Nice pipes to. You are a regular renaissance man. Anything you can’t do?

Your course’s are great thanks for all the video clips. Going to buy more as soon as I can afford to. Meanwhile I’m working on the one’s I purchased they have really showed me how to use what I’ve learned over the years. Thanks Dan keep up the great work. Jim Farley

I like that you provide the progression numerically as well. That way I can use a different key where I am more familiar with all the chords, but still play the progression.

Dan, thank you so much for a truly breath of fresh air, this is literally a master class. The Net and Youtube is full of basically the same, licks etc.. This is the core of music learning. Please do more of these, {Song construction, progressions, harmony and most importantly ear training} again thank you so much. I am privileged to be your student and to have bought your course.

Dan, nice one. Knew you could sing, but not that well. The progressions and chords are cool, and would be a challenge for a beginner…(which I am not) but well worth learning for a good platform to build on. Cheers! Alex Makapa

sory dan- i went with B, but as a freelance designer, i gotta agree with kevin… there’s so much you could do…for one, it’s a guitar site, not a swoosh site, so there’s a quick fix… it does look a tad bland/corprate/dated… sorry man, i know it probably took a bit to get to that point…
August 18th, 2009 at 5:17 am
Dan,
Love your work and courses, but I have to agree with the designers. Given that I only had 2 choices, I chose B, primarily because the font resembles that from Guitar Player magazine. But the swoosh does nothing for me, and isn’t guitar-related at all. If you paid for this, ya got taken. One could be cynical and guess that you’ve put the logos out there simply to see if your user community to come up with something better, but why not do just that? ASK ‘EM! You’ve already got Kevin offering to do a freebie up above me there. Heck, I do a lot of logo design for my bands and little league teams; I’ll send you one, too!

Dan, I have bought just about everything you put out. My mistake I have even bought some of you dvd’s even twice. By mistake, but I thought it looked like something I did not have. I would not even think about sending it back. I have been sent a extra bonus, but I already had it. No big,I use your extra’s to lone friends. They usually have listened to your packs and books. I will never loan them to anybody. I come home from working second shift. I try to reserve 1 hour in the morning. Sometimes things like
Dr’s appointments which tend to blow the morning plus 2 100 lbs dogs for a two mile run. Hopefully the phone doesn’t ring. I try but my mine is very fuzzy. I like to really get into theory. This I use to understand how this whole thing works. You have giving me the insite when you talk and keep it simple. You have great camera position,an very clear. When you screw up,I can only enjoy your reactions.
I really don’t like your logo’s. I have to be honest. I didn’t know your doing that.
I thing you should think about what the world is going through. I know it was hard for me to come up with the money. You had time restraint and that I feel you should just say when there done there Done. I like how you keep throwing some freebee’s in when its been out for a while. Think about this. I can’t play 1 song completely. I am going through the practices and learn the pantatonics. I have finally understand how learning the pantatonics (5)gives one the back bone when he understands how it works something just turns. Now its trying to put it together. Your expressing your self on one way or another. You have repeated this and a lot of your different cd packages. One thing you do is showing different approaches and explaining whats going on. Counting on your fingers to fine what root note, and show by counting the frets to show us how you come to understand. I have to say I turn on one of your dvd’s and sometimes other’s and focus so hard on what your saying, its quit and the light turns on. I wonder if your thinking of what a I would shot for.
Majic Guitar in you. Something that would incorporate all the colors designs. Making it short by the getting the idea across but worder it different. I came up with that as I was writting you with no thought in mind. Its just
the idea that your the guitar and the guitar is you. Like the idea is you have to be at one with the guitar. Its a lot of work. I have over 45 guitars and 6 or 7 amps. 150 watt heads with some great half stack. I have probable have 40k in all my equiptment. I don’t have a lot of money but now being deforced,I focus on many trades I have. I have even bought10 Basses 4-5-7-string. I have a dvd and a book and that even helps with my practicing of the guitar. I can go out with the wireless guitar pickup and walk aroung the inside and outside looking at what I need to do,or just pouring out my inner feelings good or bad. If I knew you were doing and new look,I would of spent some time working on something. My best friend is an artest, and he takes something someone started and puts his mind into it. This guy I have known for 30 years. He would not charge a penny. He does things for dirt rider magizine, and other things. He did my cards. He presented me in 2 days with 20 different designs. Well,I have had a roof done and its been 1.5 years and finally its getting done right. It was a can of worms and I do roofs also, but I didn’t have the time. Its been good sharing a little of me and I know you,I feel. John Madden

Hi Dan, I also am not enamored with your design. One is not very different from the other. Neither says anything about what your site is, will be, what it offers. This design is not at all informative. What has zoom got to do with anything?
Its a bit like a store in my neighbourhood that opened a few months back. Prior to its opening I noticed months of renovations with an opening soon sign as I drove by. Then a sign appeared that said open. It had a name that doesn’t tell you anything about what the business was and you can’t see in the windows. I have seen no advertising for it. I was curious but not enough to stop to check it out. Needless to say, after several months the business has closed. Wonder why?
Just my two cents since you asked, Catherine
