Hey Dan,

Before I get into why I need the Fender and how the Lead Guitar Secrets Course would help me, I thought I might tell a little about myself. I first became interested in guitar when I was 11 or 12. My sister got a guitar for Christmas and when I got a hold of it, I thought, "This is cool." I wanted to learn to play. So Mom and Dad signed me up for guitar lessons. I went for about a month, then one day my mom dropped me off for the lessons and when I went to the door there was a note that read "Closed.....moved out of town." I went to the gift shop next door to call Mom to come get me. She said, "You quit already?" I said, "No...he did." Nobody else in town taught. That was about 33 years ago. I've always had that yearn to learn guitar inside me. About 9 years ago, 3 kids and 21 years of marriage later, I decided to purchase a guitar and learn to play. I've been playing on my own, learning from books and internet. I am pretty good at strumming along on country songs and can play a few rock songs I've learned. I'll probably never play in a band but boy would I love to. I do love playing with a passion. I just don't have the thorough understanding of scales and crazy chords. I've looked at several different courses for years now, but didn't want to put that kind of money down on a course that just wasn't going to give me the thorough hands on training I needed. I don't remeber when I actually found your site but I do know that ever since then you have sent me more helpful information, emails and videos then all the others combined. You didn't give up on me even though I never purchased a thing from you. It comes in like clockwork, rain or shine. When I saw that you had the Amazing Guitar Secrets Course on sale and with free shipping to the first few customers I just couldn't pass it up. It arrived July 7th just in time for my 45th birthday. First I watched the DVD's completely and I believe this course is everything I need to get going. I'm currently working on the scales chapter of the first DVD and plan to take the course slowly.....letting everything sink in. Now why would I need the Lead Guitar Secrets Course? I really hope when I get through with this course, I won't need it....but I guarantee if I'm as pleased with this course as I think I'm going to be, I probably won't we able to stop myself from purchasing the new course. The Fender guitar, WOW, what else can I say. How nice it would be play a real guitar.

Thanks alot Dan,

Dariel

Hi Dan,

I love the work you do and was having thoughts about your new lead guitar secrets. As i have your amazing guitar secrets course I was amazed at the lessons and was wondering whether this new course has any metal related shred lead lessons.

May I also recommend you create a new metal course \m/ including leads, arpeggios, sweep picking, string skipping, metal runs and other metal advanced techniques and how to create solos from them.
If you do create this, it will be my Guitar Bible and I know that many will also follow me in buying in this bible.

From Richard
\m/ Rock On \m/

Dan,
Thanks for all of the info on all of your courses. Unfortunately, I have not been able to take advantage of your offers due to being unemployed.( sucks for me!!) But I hope you will continue to send me e-mails so I can stay aware of what you have. When things get going, I plan on purchasing everything you have as I have watched your demos and am impressed.
Darrell

dberman,

I using the 3-5-7 fingering because I think it's a little easier to understand. Mainly, because later in the video when I teach Locrian mode (not shown here) I don't want people getting confused as to which mode they are playing. Because there's only one note (F#) difference between G Ionian (using the 3, 5, 2 fingering) and F# Locrian.

--------------------------

Hi Malcom,

This is THE question on EVERYBODY'S mind (including mine).

My Amazing Guitar Secrets course is $129. Blues Guitar Secrets is $159. I know of only one other course (LearnAndMasterTheGuitar.com) by Steve Krenz that is comparable and it sells for $249 list (but you can usually pick it up for $199).

Anyway, I'm just not sure what the price is going to be. There's 7 hours of DVD video, 1 Audio CD with 99 track (49 full-band), 1 CD-ROM tutorial with an additional hour's worth of video. And I'm in the process of creating several bonuses which will probably end up being about another 2-3 hours of video.

And all of this is specifically for learning lead guitar techniques of all styles.

So, I just don't know, yet. If you (or anyone else) has any suggestion on what you think is a fair price, by all means, please let me know!

I do know this: I'm going to offer a introductory discount to anyone who order the first week it's available: July 20-27. And AGS/BGS customers will receive a special discount for being customers. :-)

Cheers!

Dan

Dear Dan,
Still ploughing through on a daily
basis your Blues Guitar Secrets Course. Probably the best tutorial
available anywhere on the planet. No pressure to learn no exams to take, learn at your own pace, a superb way to learn. How much is is your, 'Lead Guitar Course?' Are you still deciding how much to charge?

Regards,

Malcolm Dale
Ex Pro drummer 22yrs.

Hey Dan
Thanks for the preview and the lesson. I always find your lessons a pleasure to follow. How much will the Lead Guitar Course cost. I am in South Africa and the rand/dolar exchange rate is an important consideration
