Last week, I announced the release of a new version of myAmazing Guitar Secrets course. And, as promised, here’sthe insider-scoop about the upcoming event…

HERE’S WHAT HAPPENDED WHEN I MADE THE ANNOUCEMENT:

In March of this year, I got all steamed up…

One day, I was looking on the internet for guitar books and what not, and I what I found instead was a lot of garbage. I mean some REALLY bad stuff.

So, I decided to do something about it. I decided that I would create one of the most comprehensive guitar courses anywhere around. And I invested thousands of dollars of my own money in developing a simple, step-by-step method for learning guitar. I threw up a little website and to my surprise I sold hundreds of courses at $97.

But there was just one problem… Many people simply couldn’t afford it.

I got tons of emails from people saying that they REALLY wanted to buy my course,but couldn’t work it into their budget for one reason or another.

I knew that $97 was a lot of money. In fact, to my knowledge it was the most expensive guitar-learning course on the internet (or anywhere for that matter).

That course included 4-DVD’s, 8-Audio CD’s and 1-CDROM tutorial. It also had 4, professionally printed books. So, I HAD to sell it for a higher price to make a profit. (And if you’re wondering… no, it’s no longer available.)

But, I wanted to make my course available to as many folks as possible. So, I started to think of ways I could lower my cost and pass the savings on to my students.

The first thing I did was condense my 4-DVD set down to 2-DVD’s. I went to a video production company and said, “Is there any way to take these 4-DVD’s and make them two, WITHOUT cutting any of the footage?” They were hesitant at first, but they managed to pull it off. So, that was the first step…

Next, I looked at my CD-ROM tutorial. It had several video tutorials on it whereI explain how to play Barre Chords, 7th Chords as well as how to read chord charts, symbols and standard notation. The obvious choice for this was to make it downloadable, instead of a physical disc. That was step number two…

I did the same thing for the audio CD’s where I had recorded examples of differentchord progressions, scales and riffs. I made them all downloadable. When I finished recording, there were 135 audio samples.

Finally there were the books…

I decided to write my own. And I can say without hesitation that was one of the most mentally draining things I’ve ever done. I bought a VERY expensive music notation software package. I grabbed my guitar, locked myself in an upstairs bedroom of my house and got to work.

I cranked out a total of 7-books, with 324 pages of information. And unlike 95% of other books, I wanted all my musical examples to have the tab, standard notation, chord symbols (like G7#5) AND the fretboard diagram that shows you exactly how to fret each chord. And that took a LOT of time I guess that’s why most books don’t include all that).

Here’s another thing I did to make this new version of my course better: I wrote a 140-page companion guide to my DVD’s. I always hated watching an instructional video where some guy was sitting there just showing off. I never wanted to be accused of that.

So, I literally got my DVD’s, popped them into a player, sat down in front of my computer with my notation software and transcribed 99.9% of EVERYTHING that I discuss in the video footage. So you get all the tab foreverything I play and teach you during the DVD’s — even the solos!

Lastly, I asked my students for their suggestions on how to make the course better…

One really good suggestion was to include a book on rhythm and strumming. So, in this new version, I’ve done just that: an entire book dedicated to learning howto count and play different rhythmic patterns.

I even reveal a little-known, secret, 3-step formula for learning ANY rhythm you come across. I learned this technique from one of my *brilliant* professors in music school. And it’s the very same one I use today when I learn new songs.
The end result?

Because I significantly lowered my cost by making a large portion of the course digital, I was able to slash the price in half.

Let me say it another way, just in case you missed the previous sentence:

Now, with all that said, I have a request…

Well, it’s simple. I say, “DON’T BUY” because I want you to wait until November 15th.

Why? Because from November 15-18, I’m going to offer my new course for an even LOWER cost than what’s available to general public right now. I don’t have all the details worked out, just yet. (You’ll notice that there are no links toclick on in this email. That’s because I seriously DON’T want you to get the course yet.)
