Well, I just want to be constructive and point out the errors I found. I don't think that deleting the thread and/or the messages in it is the way to go. Sad that he did it to you.

Hey I'm new to this but there seem to be an awful lot of corrections being found and made in the forum. Not knowing that I have seen all of whats been found and spoken about , I'm really quite unsure and not really trusting about what I'm learning here. I have been using this AGS course to learn from scratch. I have no idea whats right or wrong and am now worried about learnig a ton of stuff the wrong way.Any thoughts about this?

Hey Phagen, I've noticed several items in Dan's lessons that seem to be incorrect, but after further investigation I've found myself to be in error.I have several of his courses,(all good material), i'm not saying he's perfect but with so many resources available. I'm the sort of person that has to verify everything before I accept it as fact....bottom line ......when in doubt check it out..

If there's something you're unsure of, I agree with KJRIL, check it yourself. If still in doubt, ask here. I know it seems a nuisance if there's errors, and it shouldn't happen, but on the positive side, you learn a lot from it, or at least I have.

I, too, have the hardcopy of the Amazing Guitar Secrets course and found a problem with Moveable Major Scale, Pattern Position 7, page 40. The pattern in general is fine, except for one of the root markers (hollow dot). In particular the root at the 4th fret, 3rd string should be moved to the 4th string. I think this same diagram is used in numerous place through out the text, so wrong in all occurances.

Wouldn't a better idea be to have the hardcopy in a ring binder and then for Dan to send out replacement pages when errors are found? Or even, he could publish the new pages on his website so we could download them, print them off and replace the duff pages?

Just a thought ...
