Q. Who can learn from Acoustic Guitar Secrets?
A. Beginning to intermediate guitarists who want to understand the fundamental concepts of acoustic guitar: chords, progressions, strumming, fingerpicking and various styles (blues, country, jazz).

Q. I don't live in the U.S. Will the DVDs play where I live?
A. Yes. The DVDs are not region encoded. They will play on any standard DVD player.

Q. Can I play the DVDs on my computer?
A. Yes. All you need is computer (PC or MAC) with a DVD drive and DVD player software.

Q. I live outside the U.S. Can I still purchase Lead Guitar Secrets?
A. Yes. We ship to any country in the world. When you order, you can choose your shipping method as either "trackable" or "nontrackable". A trackable method is recommended.

Q. How long will it take me to make progress?
A. It depends on how much you practice. Most students see major improvements in two weeks.

Q. What if I have a guitar question?
A. You can interact with guitarist from all over the world using our online community forum. You will be able to with other Acoustic Guitar Secrets owners (and Amazing, Blues and Lead Guitar Secrets owners) who can help you along your guitar learning journey.

Q. What if I have problems with my order?
A. We have three ways for you to contact us: phone, online form or email. We have a full-time staff that handles all customer requests. We use a professional fulfillment service to fill all orders.

Q. When will my order ship?
A. If you order before 12:00PM, Mon-Fri, your order usually ships the same day. Otherwise, your course will ship within 24 business hours.

Q. My 9-year-old wants to learn guitar. Is this for him?
A. The answer is, "Maybe." The course is designed in a step-by-step way. But it's not specifically for children. However, we have had many pre-teens make good progress. And remember, if your child doesn't benefit from the course, simply return within 90-days for a prompt, courteous refund.

Q. Can I track my order online?
A. Yes. All U.S. orders ship via UPS (tracking info will be emailed to you). If you live outside the U.S. and you'd like to track your order, please select "USPS Global Express" mail when you place your order.
